OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 Classes
The NCCRC has made it possible for members in good standing to take OHSA 10 and OHSA 30 classes online. The costs for taking these classes will be reimbursed by the members' local using the same procedures as the TWIC Card reimbursement. Members must follow the guidelines below:
1. Classes must be done online using one of the following training websites:
A. https://www.360training.com/osha-campus
B. www.clicksafety.com
C. www.usfosha.com
2. The reimbursement will be for actual costs and are capped at $125.00 for OSHA 10 class and $239.00 for OSHA 30 class.
3. Members that complete the class or classes must submit their receipt and completion certificate to their local union for reimbursement using same procedures as the TWIC Card reimbursement.

Weld Shop Evening Hours
Weld Shop: Open evenings for members who need to update or obtain Welder Qualifications after work. No experience needed. If you would like to learn how to weld, come in and let us know the welding process you need and we will develop specific steps to help you achieve your goals. If you simply would like to practice to maintain your welding skills, the weld shop is available. CTCNC will have a welding instructor/Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) on-site to better serve the Union member’s needs.
CLASS: Weld Shop open for Drop-ins and Daily Practice
DAYS: Wednesday and Thursday evenings (See weld shop schedule @ www.ctcnc.org)
TIMES: 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm (See weld shop schedule @ www.ctcnc.org)
LENGTH: Four Hours (4) (See weld shop schedule @ www.ctcnc.org)
LOCATION: Fairfield 800 Chadbourne Road, Fairfield, CA 94534
Pleasanton 2350 Santa Rita Road, Pleasanton, CA, 94566
ENROLL: To enroll, you must be a UBC Member in good standing and have a current dues card.
COST: Books and materials will be provided at no cost. Welding hoods and leathers are lent by school.
BRING: Please bring the following personal protective equipment (PPE) and hand tools:
(*to be worn at all times in the shop areas and outside areas)
1.*OSHA approved hard hat (Standard) 6. *Vice grips (locking pliers)
2.*OSHA approved safety glasses 7. *Leathers (Optional)
3.*Leather work boots 8. *Auto darkening hood (Optional)
4.*Work clothes 9. *Welpers (Optional)
5.*Leather welding gloves 10. *Heat gun (Optional)
PLEASE: *Hard hats and *safety glasses are required at all times in shop areas and outside areas where classes are in progress. Tank tops, sleeveless shirts, short pants, and soft topped or soft soled shoes are not allowed. Work boots are required. Please observe all of our shop and class safety rules.

In order to hold our Local Union meetings, we must comply with the

- Wearing a mask: Mandatory
- Social distancing of six feet: Mandatory
- A Covid-19 Symptom Check List will have to be completed prior to entry: Mandatory
- Washing of hands or using hand sanitizer: Mandatory
- We have a limit of 20% occupancy per the Counties Health Ordinance: Mandatory
- There will be no raffles until further notice.
- There will be no food or drinks being served until further notice.
- No dues will be accepted on meeting night. So come with your current dues card and present it to the Warden.
2021 Wall Calendars
Notice: We did not mail the 2021 wall calendars out to our membership this year. If you would like one, you may contact the Martinez office at 925-228-1858 and request one be mailed to you.
